Job Title: International Business Development Specialist
Job Location: Simpsonville, SC
Job Duties:
Grow the company’s international presence by researching marketing strategies and identifying potential markets internationally. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to generate customers in international markets. Stay up to date on issues of finance and provide strategic consulting services to clients to address budgeting challenges. Build trusting relationships with international customers through client services. Meet customer needs through written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Develop overseas market reports, analyze metrics and identify new growth areas. Work independently with minimal supervision. Generate leads, meet clients and build book of business while being in direct contact with and using the operational support of the company. Navigate cultural differences in international markets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, International Business, or Finance and 5 years of experience as a marketing and business development analyst.

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
· Experience in business development, business consulting and finance across international markets, including researching all aspects of international markets
· Producing forecasts and business development reports
· Providing feedback on market requirements and ideas for improving marketing and sales performance
· Understanding specific business issues and presenting the company’s appropriate services and value propositions
· Preparing pitches, business proposals and presentations
· Providing analytical and financial modeling skills
· Coordinating work-streams for marketing initiatives, operational processes and regulatory requirements internationally
· Traveling to meet with new and existing clients
· Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
